Nose of intense alpine minerality. White flowers. Custard. Hint of medicinal quality. More like an apothecary. Not bad medicinal if that is not clear. Clean and way batter than my last bottle’s aromas. Palate is juicy and clean, long and tense. Really long. Terrific elegance and purity. Nice spice. Balanced and very pure. Exotic tropical fruits. @Delectable Wine this is roussanne not Jacquere. — 5 years ago
Really value for money guys, a traditional method from north France (not champagne) but very cheap. Less then 5€ in Italy. I recommend it. — 6 years ago
Would have pegged this for Chardonnay. Still delicious. — 6 years ago
Pleasant. Nice nose, but short finish. — 8 years ago
White flowers and green fruit on the nose, sprinkled with hints of mineral. Full and fleshy on the palate. Long finish. — 3 years ago
This was quite different but I liked it. More if a plum, cherries and almost a grape flavor and tannic. Really unique — 4 years ago

100% Roussanne.
Nose...If I ever had a white that I could tell you was "oily" this is that wine. Caramelized honey, pear, guava and wet clay.
Palate is hazelnut butter, macerated pear, over-ripe apricot. F...this is an amazing bottle, I don't happen across Roussanne like this everyday, or like ever! — 7 years ago
A little linear but pretty and lifted nose of small berries, orchard apple, lemon rind. Beautiful effervescence and acidity. A little better at the end perhaps a sign of warm vintage but good effort regardless. — 4 years ago
Fresh, bright and mineral. Lemony on finish. Elegant and easy to drink.
50/50 PN and Chard, 20% barrel. — 4 years ago
Medium body, medium acidity, high tannins. Slight taste of strawberry and cranberry, dusty and clay earth, and very spicy. This is for fans of dry earthy reds, but who want a lighter bodied red. — 5 years ago

Insane Calvados from the best in Normandy coming from a blend of 25-30 year old brandy. Toffee, baked apple, almond, citrus fruit, tropical fruit that has you wanting more. Such a complex spirit. — 8 years ago
