Smooth, not too sweet, more cabernet-y than Merlot-y. Bought at Specs <$20 — 12 years ago
Found another ‘15, a blend of Petite Sirah, Syrah & Grenache and aged for 10 months on French oak (40% new). Deep Ruby with aromas of black fruits, cedar and sweet spice. On the palate, ripe plums, jammy blueberries and sweet cherry with slight oak and vanilla spice, pours like syrup. Lingering finish, good length allowing the soft tannins to open in your mouth. Good structure, great mouthfeel, ending with pure fruit and dash of minerality, drinks well now. Produced with 12 different labels. Wow! — 6 years ago
What a tremendous bottle ! Very dark rubi color, with no signs of aging. Nose of black currant, some secondary aromas and a hint of flowers. Very polished tannins, in a medium length mouth and the traditional rich and round Pauillac mouthfeel. Its incredibly good to drink right now, but will for sure hold at the very least another 10 years or so. Very highly recommended. — 7 years ago
Straight forward. Disgorged 2016. Crisp pear and bruised apple. Slightly savory and spicy herb component. — 7 years ago

Nose is apple, fresh and light. In the mouth very light and jovial as well. Fruity and then lightly bitter on the finale. Very feminin and elegant. — 10 years ago

So subtle - dried orange peel, potpourri and creamed corn - a delight, thank Hugh — 7 years ago
My go to scotch. Much bolder on the finish than blue and gold. Full bodied mouth feel and robust flavor. — 9 years ago

Let it breath! After that this wine is light to begin with and finishes with a very tasty woodsy, oaky berry touch. Smells like crayola crayons! Love it! — 10 years ago
Smooth, little citrus, trace of nut. Excellent finish. — 11 years ago
