Very closed at first, but after an hour or so it is a slowmo explosion of garrigue, raspberry, pepper, flint, roasted meat, rose petal. Another great value from Kermit Lynch, and so unlike most of the Grenache/Carignan blends I usually encounter. Not the old "stewed-cherry-meets-cigarette-butt" with this one. — 10 years ago
