Great balance. A very good Sauv for the price. Fruit, acid even a touch of mineral. — 10 years ago

This Sauv is not perfect all the way through but it is a solid wine. I am a big Sauv drinker and for the price it is a great buy. The thing is you don't need to think too hard about Pedroncelli. They always deliver a very good
glass of wine. I buy their wine all the time.

A classic example of a California wine that tastes like sun ripened grapes instead a Pinot Noir. It wont hurt you to drink it but it is not a good example of the grape. — 10 years ago

Just the right touch of California butter while still having strong minerality and enough acid to keep it crisp. Really good. I got it for 29 and you can't go wrong there. — 10 years ago

Crisp but with enough fruit to not be one dementional. A fine little wine to make any summer day better. — 10 years ago

On it's way to a 9.5. Cellar it for 2 years and it will be perfect. Delicious now but as it mellows the balance will get close to perfect. Really great. They ain't lying about this Rose. — 10 years ago

Plenty of minerals and complexity but still very drinkable. It won't scare the average palate away. This wine is a great example of what a full flavored but 'pretty' Pinot can taste like. For those who think Pinot's can only be weak or peppery I recommend trying this wine. Your mouth will fill with fruit, acid and alcohol in just the right measurements.
This is really a top notch Pinot that will be difficult to beat for under 500 bucks.
