On its own, it was a complex wine with bold flavors, lots of cherry. Smooth up front with some spice on the back end. But then I drank it comparatively with a Cooper's Hawk Barbera (I know it's a totally different kind of wine) and after going back to this, it tasted really medicinal and I couldn't get past that. — 10 years ago
