Tasted this vintage several years ago & found that the acid has softened a bit. Green apple still dominates the nose but the finish is still long and finishes a bit softer. Still very enjoyable but in a different sense. — 3 days ago

A bit sweet with a little bottle fermentation which the dissolved CO2 provides a ‘dry’ bite - not sterile filtered. Nice fruit notes on both the nose & palate. — 10 days ago
