Had this at to accompany our tasting menu at Manolo Caracol in Panama City and it was fantastic. Smooth and versatile it paired well in courses that ranged from Octopus to Oxtail. This seems criminally underrated, and I'm typically disappointed by Spanish wines. — 10 years ago

I've had lots of positive experiences with Croatian whites over the years, but this was a bit too golden, heavy and syrupy for me. I prefer the more light and mineral. Maybe it world have benefited from a different food pairing. — 9 years ago
