I like that a lot. We had the 2008 in the end of 2014 and it was quite smooth as well as hints of fruit at the beginning with the nice complexity on the end. It definitely needs to air for between 30 minutes and an hour. — 10 years ago

Hold up well even after being open for a day. Not my favorite bottle of wine, especially at the price point, but nothing specific to complain about other than the lack of complexity. — 11 years ago

The cherry punches you in the face, in a very good way. Also, this is definitely a wine that you want to have open for at least 30 to 45 minutes because it starts out being exceptionally closed. I had the fortune of tasting it after it had been open for a few hours before picking up a couple of bottles and could really determine the difference once I opened the ones I had purchased. Also, there's A significant earthiness to complement the fruit, mainly cherry, as well as a reasonable amount of tannin. Others that I was with thought that the tannins were a bit on the high side — 11 years ago

A very fun Zinfandel. Definitely a lot of fruit and also that nice dark taste on the middle towards the finish. Pretty Tenic but not in a bad way. Slightly sweet on the finish, but not terrible at all for the price point. — 11 years ago

I liked this wine. It was surprisingly smoky, which I was not expecting but in a pleasant way. It benefited from around 15 to 30 minutes of erring but really didn't get any better after that. — 10 years ago

Drank this seven years later in 2014 and it was quite delicious. For a $12 bottle of Cabernet savignon it paired beautifully with venison and root vegetables. Would happily have this again. I think we grabbed it just in time from the seller because the fruit was at what I suspect to be its peak and there was still a great deal of complexity left to enjoy. — 11 years ago

A really nice bottle of Coke the room. Not any sweetness on the end that is an expected and some complexity and smooth bitterness that really complemented redmeat very well — 11 years ago
