Deep purple color and a thinner medium body; nice tannic structure dryness to compliment blackberry/dark fruit — farmy natural nose but ultimately a cleaner drinking profile. There are some subtle iron-y flavors here lurking in the background. A deeper and darker wine within Wonderwerk’s catalogue. Will look forward to returning to this wine each year. — 4 years ago
Such a funny wine - big, red, fruity, high alcohol, and nice acidity and interest coming from a natural approach to the style. Mostly have run away from this style in the hands of conventional non-natural producers. Fun to try for the $18 I paid for it. Would definitely pick up again when sharing with company who I know lean towards big red California wines.
Even better on day 2… really like this for a sub $20 bottle. — 4 years ago

Nice reductive red — one of my all time favorites — 4 years ago
Crunchy carbonic dry red fruit, but not fruit-forward. a little herb and pepper. Hot 13.5%. Nothing flashy, but nice with food. Probably won’t seek out again. — 4 years ago
Not a huge rosé fan, I’m realizing over and over again — but this pet nat is a great funky alternative within the sparkling rosé genre. Not exactly a crowd pleaser but good for a group looking to venture out. — 4 years ago
One of my all time favorite white wines — reductive tepache-cider. — 4 years ago
Love a fun, barny orange and love macabeo and love Matassa so I’m all in on this wine — 4 years ago
Bright red cherry, slate, and, as it begins to open up, some cannabis. Decanted for 20 and then chilled. A mischievous — in a good way — gamay. — 4 years ago

Lots of citrus rind… bitter tropical… kind of one dimensional. Would share it in a group and move on to the next. a disappointing pet nat. Maybe we sat on it too long. — 4 years ago
