If you are looking for a sweet treat this is it. It taste like apple cider with a crisp kick this is it. I am not a pro just telling you what I think. I am enjoying this after finishing a bottle and a half of other wines. Yes my rating is higherbthen then pros, but this is how I feel. Ask a Pro if you want to know about acidity and tanin.
