Dry. Medium body. Strong almost acidic aftertaste but not necessarily unpleasant, more of an unfamiliar taste. Enjoyed it much more 24 hours after opening. It became more gentle on the palate and smooth and fresh all the way through; no longer strong or acidic. — 6 years ago

Dry. Stronger than most Chianti’s. Very acidic and strong alcohol in first few hours. Not as palatable and didn’t mellow out as much as I wanted it too even after 24 hours. Needs a lot of time to breathe. Strong aftertaste of alcohol left on palate and back of throat. — 6 years ago
