Deep garnet color. Aromas that initially hit the nose are sweet blueberries, milk chocolate, earthiness, and spice. The body is fairly light and it is balanced with good acidity and pronounced tannins. Light on the nose and clean palette. Mostly dry with a hint of sweetness. Aromas of strawberry, mineral, stone fruit and a touch of floral. Flavors lean toward strawberry. Drank it with salmon and peas cooked with jamon serrano and it paired well. — 7 years ago
