This wine strikes the right notes for a red in summer. Not too sweet. Tannins are in the background. We are having lamb in a French restaurant with Provençal leanings so this wine suits the food. — 9 years ago

This wine is being poured down the drain. It starts dry and quickly becomes syrupy sweet, but then there is a chemical bitter finish. Something must have happened either to the vintage or this bottle. — 8 years ago
