Really loved this. Soft tannins, balanced acidity, just the right amount of fruit. Opened up beautifully as a meal of fennel salad, ricotta and peppers, halibut with potatoes and green beans, and finally a perfectly cooked steak progressed. Re-do any time. Happy birthday to me! — 10 years ago

Tart, interesting. Light in body and abv (5%) but complex. Opened Nov '16, released Feb '16. I wonder if it would have been better to drink it sooner? Last glass picked up extra sediment, noticeable difference in the mouthfeel and slight bready taste. Very tasty, I want another bottle! — 9 years ago
