Dark maroon. Leather, old books, tobacco and pepper on the nose. Round mouthfeel and great balance. Perfect to share, with my dad, in a rustic setting with a porterhouse. Classic cab. — a year ago
Dark garnet center pulled to a lighter rim. Strong pepper, cedar, and worn leather on the nose. Full body with lovely balance of tannins and acidity. Hints of a Brandy cherry. A true expression of a French Cab Franc. Would pair nicely with steak frites on a bistro sidewalk. — a year ago
Unfiltered watermelon pink rose. Chewy, sweet candy on the nose with a hint of floral rose. Bright acidity with a saltiness to it. Grippy with long mouthfeel. Really dimensional and delicious! — 6 months ago
Honeysuckle in color. Bread, apples, hay and vanilla on the nose. Round mouthfeel with a buttery finish. Lower acidity than I typically enjoy but a nice chard that balances out a seafood heavy meal. — 10 months ago
Bubbly fun pop top with a grapefruit hue. Bready nose with a peach and red berry back. Fresh and crisp mouth feel with well balanced acidity. Red fruit on the palate and oh so crushable. Pair it with a simple pizza or mild cheeses. — a year ago
Unfiltered funky orange with a funky, damp nose. Creamsicle color. Peachy, orange, citrusy with a nice crisp long finish. Would be fantastic with Thai or something spicy. — 6 months ago
Inky purple pour. Aromas of dark berries, leather, smoked meats, spices and fennel. Big personality with a healthy dose of acidity and notes of cedar, chocolate and tobacco. Not very fruit forward. Long lasting mouthfeel. Quite bold but very enjoyable with a rich, hearty meal. — 10 months ago

Apricot in color with a mild citrus aroma. Zippy acidity but with a dry, heavier bodied finish. Notes of grapefruit and citrus pith. Would pair well with light Thai noodles or a heavier seafood dish. — 14 days ago
