Classic pinotage. Fruit forward, maybe berries and old pear. lingers in a tart way. I think the negative reviews are by those who haven’t had much pinotage. Underrated grape and The Wedge is pretty solid for the price point. — 7 years ago

Lots of attitude. Name pretty much describes it. Sweet, “jammy”, taste more like a Shiraz in the aftertaste. Kind of a slutty cousin of a Pinotage. Clearly South African. — 7 years ago
