Very complex, fresh out the bottle it can be a bit much as the flavors of coco and berries with a dry backbone can be overwhelming but enticing. There is a unique earth richness that makes you want to explore more. However after it breaths for 30 minutes or more it takes on new life and leaves you savoring for a bit more. This is a extremely unique Cab that is a lane of its own. I prefer more balance but I was impressed with its range for 20 dollars.
