Great wine! Fresh crisp & cheeselike flavors come to the front. We then paired with pecorino & the flavors came full circle to a fruity peppery tad more buttery system. Would be great with a cheese covered salad & a light buttery pasta. — 9 years ago

Earthy, strong flavor! Delicioso. A little bird informed me that the longer this wine decants (under 48 hours), the better the experience. You can taste that on the first pour of the first sip. I love barrel tasting so this wine was perfect for me. I think you'd enjoy it too! — 9 years ago
