Pretty rough right out of the bottle, like a not-so-fresh white grapefruit juice, but after letting it sit for 24 hours it mellowed out and some great honey, yeast, and cream notes mixed in with the still bright citrus for a few enjoyable glasses. For $15, I’d give it another go. — 6 years ago
