Absolutely drinkable and delicious. Would pair well with a heavier dinner of most variety as it is a blend. That being said.. it tastes almost EXACTLY like BotaBox Cabernet Sauvignon.. I had one right after the other.. versatile either way, but don’t waste your money unnecessarily. — 7 years ago

Cooper Hawk is always surprisingly versatile. This one can stand up to a hearty meal. Strong tannins and full mouth feel, with a rustic fruit finish; but is quite palatable for most occasions. I have tasted most of their selections and they honestly never disappoint. Good wine, good price point, substantial without being too pretentious. Love it. — 9 years ago
