Meyer lemon, slate, honey suckle, waxy on the nose. Slate, bright citrus, and yeast linger on the palate. Comforting bubbles warm your mouth, and the citrus is bright. I love this champagne for its complexity and lasting finish. The BEST for the start of date night and spicy foods. — 7 years ago
