Definitely a cab with a peppery nose and dark berries. Light plum forward flavors followed by a tart cherry middle with good tannins ramping up. The after flavors linger without being bitter. I did not taste the bourbon in the forward or mid palate but noticed it in the latter flavor profile. I really liked this wine though it was a bit lacking in complexity. — 2 years ago

Definitely a cab with good tannins. Nose of plum and leather. Dry forward flavors with a little tartness. Middle flavors are tart cherries with nice tannins. A bit lacking in the after flavors leaving me hanging a bit. Overall a good wine but could have a little fruit in the front/ middle flavors and more lingering flavor in the end. — 2 years ago
