Gotta try them young! Took a little air to coax it out of its shell, but given 48 hrs it was simply incredible. Velvet mouthfeel a highlight, with ripe fine tannin pulsing through the long finish. Bouquet more subtle than the Little Wine, but still complex & alluring. Highly drinkable. Fantastic wine with a great future ahead of it. Next bottle in 5-8 yrs. — 5 years ago
Lovely to hear that it opened up nicely for you @Chris Teague - I don’t think they’ll be any hurry to knock these off and time should certainly aid their development.
