Cinsault Rose was a relatively dry rose'. Not a very distinct wine. Maybe a little bit of spice, but not a lot of fruit, as I would expect. — 11 years ago

Surprising zin. Sweeter & more mellow than I would expect. Not as bold, but more of a spice like nutmeg, clove, or cinnamon. Had paired with a steak dinner, but found to be just fine on its own. Would go to a much heartier zin with my steak next time. — 11 years ago
