This is so coconut-driven both on the nose and in the roundness on the palette that it's kinda insane. And with that a kind of almond/marzipan finish - maybe I'm just thinking of macaroons.. touch of pineapple keeps bright but think of this like a beachy cousin to a good Chard. — 6 years ago

The funk is part of the appeal y'all! Its a fuller bodyfor sure, and I can see the cider comparison in the green apple-toned brightness with an ever so slightly yeasty nuance (by no means full on bready). There's a tropical "prickling" thing going on that brings mango to mind but the nose is all waxy florals. Think lily, magnolia and you're on the ticket. — 6 years ago

Comically jammy, like straight grapey confit goodness - enough to put on some toast. Peppery and young in flavour with good balance of sticky pulpy tannins and sinus tingling alc. Goes down fast, with a grin. — 8 years ago
