Where’s the recommendation and the tasting notes?
Mostly dry due to the Pinot Noir grape. The slight herbaceous of the finish paired nicely with the peppery arugula and lemon; the crispness cut the creaminess of Iberico cheese. Could also be enjoyed without food!
