After a decant, this 2016 opened up like a CDP blanc-- could fool for a Marsanne, lots of beeswax, honey, and candied citrus peel. Lovely textures, long finish with wet granite notes. Beautiful wine for $20 — a month ago

Opened up nice; a full bodied Cabernet with tons of length, big aromas of cassis and boysenberry, bits of red raspberry or strawberry, cocoa powder and rosemary butter. It is rich and powerful on palate with more acid than typical Napa which is really fresh, but it is still rich and bold. — 17 days ago

Excellent entry level RRV pinot-- with air its really opened up to lots of red cherries and pomegranate with hints of lavender and rose, some rosemary even. Zippy acidity and mellow bodied, very drinkable could pair with lots. — 17 days ago

Opened too young; lovely and exceptionally made wine. Brickish red/brown. I let decant for a loooong time. Lots of cranberry and red fruit, some herbs, clay, faint cedar and tobacco. The acidity was med-high, but the tannins really softened out with aeration. I'd say this is still developing flavors and will be 95+ in a decade. — a month ago
