The Ultimate Ten Years Old Single Malt Islay Scotch Whisky 1915
This single malt is quite nice. I know folks consider this to have a lot if peat but frankly I did not find it to be the case. It is well balanced with nothing out of place. Lagavulin 16, for example, comes across as more peated to me. Overall, a great lighter bodied Whisky. — 6 years ago

Penultimate bottle from a case and this has been the best so far. Open these up as they are perfect right now in my opinion. No need for a decant, just watch the deposit. Beautiful nose. Cherry and plums on the palate with good acidity and soft tannins at this point. Beautiful wine! — 6 years ago
