A very good Sauvignon blanc! The oak barrel is definitely there. We found a taste of young melon, vanilla flashes, yellow plum, green apple aftertaste. Memories from forest autumn flowers. We combined it with cheese, fig jam, olives and bread&cretan olive oil. We feel that mushrooms would be an excellent combination. — 2 years ago
