I was a bit worried it would be past its prime but decided to give it a shot. Was a bit astringent right out of the bottle but an hour decant opened it up beautifully. It turned out to be incredibly silky and a perfect pairing with the grilled sausages, bell peppers and onions. Very happy with this. — 20 days ago
