Forgot when I bought this. Maybe in 2011?
Recommended by my favorite wine sommelier at a wine bistro that also ran wine shop in the same premises, I chose this one and had since left it unopened until today.
Rich, raisin, black berry jam, slightly sweet flavor, high alcohol. Like this!
I also liked "Vin de pays de l'herault 2010" made by this same wine maker that I drank at this same bistro last year end. — 10 years ago

Very fizzy and live. Good aroma of white flower, honey, oriental medicine, anis, Belgian beer? But not at all sweet. Like it!

If you smell this with your eyes close, you don't notice it's wine, somewhat cheese-like. But when you drink, it tastes earth and mineral. Very mild and mture. Thanks for introducing this wine! — 10 years ago
