This wine is maturing nicely, maintaining its fruit and acidity as the tannins mellow. Loads of blackberry, black cherry, black pepper, licorice, and plum and is now developing tertiary notes of leather, forest floor and dried plum. Quite long on the finish with some fine wet stone at the close.

Jul 2nd, 2022Deep color with lovely hints of garrigue on the nose mingling with smokey black fruit. Sweet fruit impression and a solid core of supple tannins. Definitely wants more time but is already delicious
