Couldn't quite wait the year I recommended earlier, oops. Wine had climbed 1/2way up the cork. Still lots of pepper on this one. Good wine. Could wait a little bit longer to open but still good now.

Mar 27th, 2016Very smooth at the beginning but a big pepper finish. Had it with BBQ, which really brought out the pepper. If drinking with no food I would wait a year to open.

Sep 7th, 2015One of the best Washington State Syrah I've had recently. Comes Les Collines vineyard, which is top notch for Syrah. Spicy, earthy, good clean fruit. Still tight, needs time, great structure.
