Mein bislang bester deutscher Sauvignon Blanc

Quite rich & powerful with ripe pomelo and green grapefruit, lemon tart and some matchstick reduction. Fullbodied with the wood nicely integrated, good lemony acidity and nice length with a flinty finish. Needs some time to aerate so large burgundy glasses are a must.
