I'm very biased towards new world SB, but this is a great example with typical herbal and Citrus overtones on the nose, but not as aggressive as the southern hemisphere, but has a nice Hint of candied green apple as well. I will say that it unfortunately devolves in the glass and lacks sufficient acidity and brightness on the palate, but overall is a nice approachable example of California SB. I expect this to improve as the producer gains experience.

100 percent Savignon Blanc. Lovely light fruit, crisp and delicious on a summer night. One of our favorites from Wine Guerilla.
