Not like the last bottle of the 2011 I tasted. The petite sirah didn't balance well with the Grenache. A bit of a fruit bomb, but some gentle tannins helped to hold that back.

First time I tried this wine and found it to be very food friendly. Balanced, easy medium length fruit, expresses the blend very well.
