Unmistakably Steiermark SB - green asparagus, nettle, grass with a pronounced mineral, stony, slightly smokey backbone. On the palate this is tightly wound around a core of juicy, vibrant, mineral acidity. Yet it has (just) enough body & great depth with a spicy, vibrant mineral finish to make it a really profound wine. This one should wait for at least another 10y. If you can control yourself.

Gooseberry, grass, lime, butter, hay, papaya, ginger. Malolactic fermentation. Also it is obvious that this wine had spend some time in oak barrels. Well balanced and quite creamy/buttery wine.
