Drank it one day 2 of being opened and it was so amazing!! Opened up so much, savory, meaty notes took over!!

Jul 23rd, 2015Burgundian? A little. Beaujolais? A little. Strong personality? Most definitely. Austrian red at its finest. Simple, yet meaty and complex. Just light enough to pair with a vegetable ravioli and heavy enough to support a spicy meat pizza. Big fan!

Blackberry, boysenberry, bramble berries... All the berries, spice, and everything nice! Very young and vibrant, polished with some tang. Let this open up.
