This puppy is till full of life, 21 years later. Zippy acid, intensely flavored fruit--Meyer lemon?--and mineral notes. Lingers long and nice. Gets a little thin in the middle, but the intense, long finish makes up for it. We had it with fresh white fish, scallops and corn off the grill on a hot eve. Perfect.
