Searing acidity and BLEACHED BONE DRY. Lean and nearly mean. Atypical for Austria. More like A Ravines FL style or old school Mosel Trocken in a cool year. However underneath lurks pure Crystal citrus fruit. Needs 4 yrs to soften up. Only for the hardcore acid freak,I mean really enamel ripping. I like.
