What a compelling wine... It just keeps evolving. Definitely needs a decant or simply patience and a good cellar. This bottle makes me want to learn everything I can about Colares. Truly memorable. 2006 vintage.

A killer find (props to @Spinning_spins). Unlike any Portuguese wine I've ever had. Light and bright, yet rustic and edgy. Lots of minerality, almost salty.
