There is smoke and earth and the sea in my glass, pretty stunning for so light (in color and body) cider. Very atypical. Not for everyone. Pair with a bratwurst sausage and I'm sold.

Dec 22nd, 2013Unique Asturias style ultra dry, very light, clear sidra from Virtue. Tart citrus, acetic and almost salty. Goes with strong cheeses as an appetizer course.
