I don’t know if I really like this or if I really don’t like it. Initially I thought it was subtle, simple and without character. It opened up nicely and was pleasant in the end to drink. Nothing overbearing. A hint of white pepper, lemon zest and elderflower on the nose. A shocking buttery texture with an off dry and light acidity finish. Paired it with grilled corvina fish. Wasn’t too bad. I would try again
