Puglia Verdeca

Paired perfectly with truffle risotto. Served at room temperature. The mouthfeel was smooth and almost buttery, but with acid on the edges. The flavor lingered and drew out the truffle flavor long after the food was ate. A Litteri recommendation from Ken.
