Wow - the other comments are spot on. Medium body with lots of character in just the right amounts. Smoky, leathery with cherry. None is too overwhelming. If you are looking to just have a medium body wine with pizzazz, this is it at a terrific price. Comes with some tannic structure in the right balance. We enjoyed it with steak salad.
