Explosive aromatics, laser-like focus. Telltale aroma of fresh ginger, also picking up orange zest, bitter lemon pith, minty herbs, loads of freshness and super charged acidity. Very musky and powerful perfume, very similar to Alsatian muscat. Lovely aperitif wine.
