This spritzy mineral-yet-mildly-viscous dear arrived at my doorstep today. The statuesque bottle could not be denied. It is a good example of Provence. A wee bit of tropical. Some peach. A bit of mineral soil and a nice hit of acid to finish you out. There is a hit of honeysuckle, white flower and white pepper. It makes you think for a minute or so then is easy-going enough to sip up like an old friend. Not that my human friends get sipped. Just enjoyed. Not every day but enough. I like this one, and it's a good quality for price point buy.
