Gorgeously perfumed. Such a baby, but lush and silky, so much depth, layers of cherry, plum, tobacco, candied flowers, earth, spice, more tobacco, goes on and on. Say what you will about Verite, yeah it's not cheap but some of the best damn wine I've had, particularly domestic. Until we meet again, Verite 😘

The Cabernet Franc based blend from Verite had the heavy structure that Cab Franc brings. This one will also be around for decades. More expressive than the other Verite trio blends, it really should lay down for another ten years. Again, I was just an overly willing participant to someone opening this bottle early!!

Shows a richness and elegance only surpassed by the ripeness if black fruit, gentle touch if spice and French blond tobacco. Great length on the finish, seems to keep going.
