Well this varietal is a first for me. They need to sun dry the grapes for 2 days before pressing to reduce green tannin. BBQ wine.

Very light bodied, not much in the way of tannins. Airy and a bit of cherry and plum. Good summer red perfect for #jdwedding2016 #venetsanos
