This is an experimental wine dreamed up by Underwood and current Portland Top Chef finalist Gregory Gaudet. Nicknamed "Punch Wine," it is infused w a crazy quilt/potpourri of spices, from lemongrass to habanero chile, but it is delicious, like a shape shifting sangria of tropical heat. Definitely a funtastic display of bravura that is more like beer than a wine...
